House could be looking for a way to pull out of immigration negotiation

The problems with deportation have been known to Riverside immigration activists for quite a while. When it comes to U.S. immigration law and how it relates to detainees, many have been unsatisfied and have pushed for both citizenship reform and deportation reform, but their solidarity has been threatened recently.

Immigration activists have recently faced a divide over deportation. While some people believe that Obama should take executive action to circumvent all of the stalling that the House is doing, others believe that Obama would completely destroy any chance at negotiation by making such a move. Potentially even hinting that he may take action alone could be enough to give House a reason to pull out of immigration policy reform negotiations, which some believe they are looking for a way to do.

Despite this, it has been reported that Obama is still fighting for a path to immigration that all undocumented immigrants could walk. This is despite the fact that a number of Republicans view such actions as amnesty. He is still being very careful regarding what he says about deportation just in case, though that leaves many people on all sides unhappy with the continued stalling.

Due to the fact that these stalls are happening more and more frequently, if you are an undocumented immigrant who wishes to apply for citizenship, you may wish to contact an attorney. They may be able to help you navigate through the at times complex current system set in place for immigrants to obtain citizenship.
